Join us for a peaceful morning practicing chair yoga with Judy!
Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. It is a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on gentle practice. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join us for this zen-filled morning!
All participants will be required to complete a waiver prior to the program.
